I’ve had Kreated4U up for almost 3 years and have neglected to put up an about me page. For the most part due to laziness, and I think it makes a site so impersonal when there’s no info at all on the person behind it. Soooo welcome to my world….

My name is Laurie, a 40 yr old wife and mom from Texas. I’ve been a self employed/stay at home mom most of my married life. I have one son 19 and was blessed with the fact I could be home to raise him with the guidance and discipline that children need. Don’t get me wrong there were still ups and downs, but that’s life. I have to say I’m very proud of the man he’s become.

I’ve been pixeling for about 6 years where I started out with Alilkutez Dollz which was a pixel doll site, and later moved to Kreated4U.

I love art in all forms, from theatrical to painting, and it’s only been in the last 5 years that I’ve really become a fan of fantasy art. My favorite fantasy artist being Jody Bergsma.

Years ago I tole painted and sold country and southwest wood items, but now only do computer generated pixel art. Did I mention “I LOVE pixel art”. =)

I collect Texas rustic items and continue to collect Precious Moments that my mom started back in the early 90′s, which I inherited when she passed away. She would always call it feeding the soul when she went out and bought a new one. My favorite colors are earth tones or fall colors but I do like pink and blues as long as it’s not overdone.

I’m a huge movie buff mostly romantic comedy, action, mysteries, Disney/Pixar movies. I enjoy some prime time TV such as Dancing with the Stars, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Two and a Half Men, 20/20, Greys Anatomy and reruns of Tim Allen’s Home Improvement. Also what can I say… Lifetime rulez. lol

Last but not least I LOVE music, as much if not more than art. Music and art go hand in hand and have the ability to inspire me. I’m a fan of most genre but would have to say alternative rock tops the list.
